Tracings

For my tracings I wanted to take inspiration from my first and third visual sheets using the idea of the tea cups tea pots and cupcakes.  

My first tracing was a really simple idea and after doing it I really wasn’t happy at all with it I really felt it didn’t exceed my actual potential, I felt I had done it half heartedly. So I had to re think the idea and produce something more eye catching and something that reflected my theme more.

As my first tracing wasn’t a repeat I though a repeat would be a better idea so I could have a seamless print, so I drew up a quick idea taking ideas from my visual sheets and observation sheets. I also wanted to forward the idea of the sketchiness on my third sheet.

Once trying a few ideas I created a tracing I feel really reflects my theme and my sheets I had produced. I’m feeling confident that this tracing will create the effect I’m hoping for.
