Cutting my pattern pieces out

When I was cutting my pattern pieces out I had a issue, I cut one piece out incorrect, I didn't put the fold on the fold, I solved this by butting the piece in Half and sewing it together and pressing the Seam open. The seam of this fault is barely noticeable which I was really happy with as it doesn't effect my bag design at all.
